FRANK BRADLEY, PROJECT MANAGER
You could say that construction is in Frank Bradley's blood. His great grandfather, and namesake, was a builder, his step-father was a builder and his older brother is a builder. Frank naturally pursued his interest in building and construction by choosing to pursue a major in Conservation & Resource Studies at the University of California, Berkeley. His degree focused on energy conservation in buildings and appropriate/sustainable technologies. He also served on the Energy Commission of the city of Berkeley and worked on city legislation to promote energy and resource conservation during his time as a student.
Frank is a member of the Sigma Phi Society -- a national fraternity dedicated to the promotion of education, friendship and community stewardship. Since 1978 he has been actively involved in the ongoing preservation work of the Sigma Phi/Thorsen House, a national historic landmark building designed by the architects Greene & Greene - Arts & Crafts movement pioneers. Frank has lived in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Tokyo and Singapore where he honed his communication skills.
A careful listener, Frank works hard to understand your plans and needs and learn what he can do to help the entire construction process be a positive experience. Having been licensed as a General Contractor since 1985, Frank is able to draw upon his years of experience to get the job done right. He considers historical renovation and sustainability two of his major interests.
A resident of the historic Irvington neighborhood for over fifteen years, Frank and his wife Alexis enjoy cooking, traveling, athletic activities, cinema and spending time with their two crazy dogs, Peeka and Bijou.
