JIM BLUNCK, PROJECT MANAGER

Jim Blunck is an experienced and personable project manager with over thirty-five years in the construction business. Having begun his construction career as a drywall contractor in 1972, Jim joined forces with a fellow builder in 1976 and worked for the next five years learning to build houses from the ground up. Jim attained his own general contracting license in 1981, he includes spec homes, custom homes and major residential remodels on his resume.

Having joined the Olson & Jones Construction team in 1996, Jim believes in developing positive relationships with his clients—relationships that are even stronger at the conclusion of a project than at its start. He enjoys efficiently organizing a project and working to provide exceptional service and craftsmanship. Jim manages each project around a client's unique plans and particular budget in order to create a comfortable, quality experience.

A native Oregonian, Jim enjoys outdoor pursuits such as hunting and fishing. His future plans include relocating to central Oregon. In the meantime, however, Jim and his wife Sheryl can often be found at their cabin in La Pine.
